I have had such a busy schedule the past few weeks getting ready for NYFW. From running around to castings, go-sees, and fittings, I really haven't had much time for anything else other than the gym.
Now that fashion week is more than halfway through and I have a chance to post, I thought I should share something that has helped me get through my 12-14 hour days.
Not only have I been juicing primarily through out the day and eating lots of raw veggies at night, but I've also been making frequent stops at the Union Square Farmers' Market. Not for my usual veggie stock pile, but instead for one stand in particular... The Wheatgrass Booth.
One shot of wheatgrass juice packs enough of an energy boost to keep me going and is packed full of nutrients that benefit you way more than a cup of joe!!!

****Be cautious when trying wheatgrass if you have any gluten sensitivities, and stay away from it all together if you are celiac or allergic to wheat. Opt instead for another Vitamin-rich green juice and receive similar, energy-boosting benefits.
