PRACTICE GRATITUDE FOR OPTIMUM HEALTH

What came first? The chicken or the egg?

...One of the most asked questions of our time. When it comes to health and a good diet, this metaphor can be applied yet again: What comes first? Happiness or health?

In my opinion, the order of feeling good and being healthy is more clearly defined. 

I have found... and deeply, truly believe that health and happiness go hand in hand. In my own life, my physical, emotional, and mental health have all improved significantly as my happiness has. The better I feel each day, the more energy I have to do my work and exercise. I also make better decisions about what food I eat throughout the day when I am less stressed. But how have I achieved this Happiness? This more present, less stressed, and easy-going state?

That is what i want to share with you all today. 

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR HEALTH:

PRACTICE GRATITUDE!

You may think that this is oversimplifying things... How can practicing gratitude lead to better health?

The key to answering this question is by pointing out the number one cause of all health problems today, which is STRESS. 

HEALTH FOLLOWS HAPPINESS, and GRATITUDE ENCOURAGES BOTH.
